Clifford Chance advises Pemba Capital Partners on its partnership with Hewison Private Wealth

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Australian private equity firm Pemba Capital Partners on its partnership with Hewison Private Wealth, through the acquisition of a majority stake in the business. The transaction involved complex M&A, financial services regulatory, financing and structuring considerations, requiring a coordinated, multi-disciplinary approach across several workstreams.
