Latham & Watkins Advises Carrick Capital Partners on Oversubscribed Continuation Vehicle and Commitment of US$255 Million New Capital to Saviynt

Carrick Capital Partners (Carrick), a growth-oriented investment firm focused on operationally scaling B2B software and technology-enabled businesses, has announced the closing of a single-asset continuation vehicle (the CV) for Saviynt (the Company), a leading identity security company. The transaction includes a new US$255 million investment in the Company with meaningful participation from Carrick’s GPs, representing the largest investment in the firm’s history.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Carrick Capital Partners in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Bay Area partners Chad Rolston and Alex Kassai and Boston counsel Naomi Smith, with associates Ryan Baker, Alex Bogdon, and Eugene Yang. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Bay Area partner Katharine Moir; on compensation and benefits matters by Los Angeles/Bay Area partner Julie Crisp; and on antitrust matters by Bay Area partner Kelly Fayne and New York/Washington, D.C. counsel Jamie Sadler.
