Clifford Chance acted as transaction counsel advising NSIG Sunrise and BofA Securities on the accelerated bookbuild offering of ordinary shares in the capital of French company Soitec, a leading designer and manufacturer of semiconductor materials, listed on Euronext Paris.
The offering consisted of 432,000 shares in the capital of Soitec. Launch of the accelerated bookbuild offering took place on 30 November 2023, with pricing on 1 December 2023.
BofA Securities acted as sole manager.
Clifford Chance’s Paris office acted as transaction counsel for both NSIG Sunrise and BofA Securities, with Alex Bafi and Aline Cardin, partners, Olivier Plessis, counsel, and Garo Yaghsezian, associate. This is the second transaction in Soitec shares we have advised on this year, with a previous offering of 300,000 shares in March 2023.
