Clifford Chance advised the PMP Group, a global provider of tissue , paper & board machinery, on its sale to Valmet, a leading global developer and supplier of technologies, automation and services for the pulp, paper and energy industries.
The Warsaw Clifford Chance team advising on the transaction was led by Wojciech Polz (partner), and supported by Karol Kulhawik, Zuzanna Potoczna and Michał Beściak, associates in the Corporate Department.
