Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised online financial education provider JF Wealth on its US$142 million initial public offering and listing on the mainboard of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Partners Christine Xu and Fang Liu led the deal, with support from counsel Samson Chan, senior associate Qingyu Wu, associates Chloe Lau, Ryan Ho and Ashley Sun, registered foreign lawyer Aili Zhu, trainee Jasper Zhou and legal analyst Bryan Lu.
