Clifford Chance advises on Archosaur Games’ US$280 million Hong Kong IPO

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised the underwriters led by China International Capital Corporation on Archosaur Games’ US$280 million initial public offering and listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Archosaur Games is one of the leading mobile game developers in China. It is also a frontrunner in publishing in-house developed games in markets outside of China.

The deal was co-led by partners Amy Lo, Tim Wang, Fang Liu and Christine Xu. Support was provided by senior associates Claire Cao and Erxin Lu, associates Alex Feng and Dichun Duan, as well as trainees Jeffrey Lee and Ada Zheng.

Clifford Chance previously advised iDreamSky on its US$107 million Hong Kong IPO and advised XD on its US$105 million Hong Kong IPO.
