Clifford Chance advises Nordic Capital in relation to its agreement to invest in Equipe

Clifford Chance has advised Nordic Capital, a leading global healthcare investor, in relation to its agreement to invest in Equipe Zorgbedrijven (“Equipe”), a fast-growing independent provider of outpatient healthcare in the Netherlands.

The investment will be made in partnership with Equipe’s founders and management and aims to support and further strengthen Equipe’s successful concept of high-quality outpatient specialist care.
