Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised the lenders on a guarantee credit facility in the amount of €2.475 billion for Nordex SE.
Led by UniCredit Bank GmbH as documentation agent, the syndicate for the facility comprises fifteen financial institutions. The guarantee facility has a term of 5 years and includes ESG provisions. The guarantee facility allows the Nordex Group to secure its project business with customers with bank guarantees in the respective main currencies.
