Clifford Chance advises Galp on the acquisition from Acciona Energía of an operational onshore wind portfolio of 361 MW located in Spain

We have advised Galp on the acquisition from Acciona Energía of 100% of a portfolio comprising 15 operational onshore wind farms with a capacity of 361 MW located in Spain.
