Clifford Chance has provided legal advice to J&T Banka, a private investment bank located in the Czech Republic, in relation to real estate financing for Crestyl Commercial Investment s.r.o., part of Crestyl.
Crestyl is one of the leading Czech developers with a broad portfolio of residential and commercial projects including DOCK, a complex of residential and office buildings, shops, cafes, restaurants and its own marina. This unique place located in Prague 8 consists of 120 000 m2 of top-class office, retail and residential space.
