International law firm Clifford Chance advised Hillwood Polska, a leading developer of production and warehouse space, on the financing of a logistics park in Łódź Chocianowice for over EUR 54.4 million, provided by Bank Pekao S.A. Hillwood Łódź Chocianowice is a logistics centre located in the southern part of Łódź, offering over 97,000 sq. m of modern warehouse space. The logistics centre will be developed with utmost care for environmental protection and will be BREEAM certified at the Excellent level.
The team advising on the transaction included Real Estate & Construction lawyers: Maciej Bocheński (Counsel), who was responsible for the real estate finance aspects of the transaction, and Adrian Król (Associate), who advised on construction law.
