International law firm Clifford Chance advised Highlander Partners, a leading private investment firm based in the United States, on the sale of its portfolio company Rotometal, a bespoke designer and producer of products serving the printing and converting industries.
The transaction was conducted in the form of a management buy-out, led by Grzegorz Dołbniak, the current CEO of Rotometal.
The Clifford Chance team advising on the deal included Miłosz Gołąb (Partner), Krzysztof Hajdamowicz (Counsel), Aleksandra Właszczuk (Associate) and Bartosz Zieliński (Junior Associate). Tomasz Szymura (Counsel) advised on the tax aspects.
