Clifford Chance has advised Grenergy on the financing of phase 3 of Atacama’s Oasis project, which comprises 230 MWp of solar capacity and 1.3 GWh of energy storage.
Previously, we advised Grenergy on phases 1 and 2 of the same project, reaching a combined total of 451 MWp of solar power and 2.5 GWh of energy storage throughout the three phases.
