Kirkland Advises Aequitas on Sale of Ownership Interest in Höegh Evi to Igneo Infrastructure Partners

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Aequitas on the sale of a 50% indirect ownership stake in Höegh Evi. Höegh Evi is a global leader in floating energy infrastructure.

The stake is being sold by funds managed by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners to funds managed by Igneo Infrastructure Partners. Aequitas Limited will retain its 50% shareholding and long-term commitment as owner in the Company.
