Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised the arrangers and dealers on the establishment by Mileway through Mileway EUR Lux Holdco S.à r.l. of a €10 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme and its inaugural €1.5 billion dual-tranche issuance.
Mileway, a Blackstone portfolio company, is the largest last mile real estate company in Europe, with a portfolio of assets across nine countries on the Continent. The business serves customers through a highly diversified, multi-tenant portfolio concentrated in supply-constrained urban logistics locations near key population centres and infrastructure hubs.
The transaction builds on Clifford Chance’s strong record of supporting on bond market financing for European real estate issuers.
