The international law firm Clifford Chance has advised Giza Polish Ventures, a venture capital investor, on the sale of a majority stake in Audioteka S.A., which owns one of the most recognizable and largest audiobook websites operating in Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic and Lithuania.
