International law firm Clifford Chance has advised Gemini Wind Park on the successful amendment of the senior and subordinated debt of the 600 MW Gemini offshore windfarm located in the Netherlands, one of the largest offshore windfarms in Europe.
In October 2022, Gemini reached another key milestone by amending its senior and subordinated debt, repricing the hedge and fully replacing all reserve accounts to debt service reserve facilities.
Gemini is a 600 MW offshore wind farm located 85 km off the coast in the Dutch part of the North sea. The windfarm is in operation since May 2017 and is fully ISO 45001 and 55001 certified.
