Clifford Chance has advised CSP Iberian Bilbao Terminal, S.L. (controlled by COSCO Shipping Ports), concessionaire of dock 1 and dock 2 of the Port of Bilbao, on the refinancing of its debt.
The Port of Bilbao is one of the most important transport and logistics hubs in the European Atlantic corridor. It is the main container port in northern Spain and one of the largest in the country.
Clifford Chance’s team was led by Global Financial Markets partner José Guardo who was supported by counsel Felipe Font and associates Juan Puras and María González.
This deal, along with others closed in recent months, demonstrates the continuous involvement of Clifford Chance in some of the most complex and relevant infrastructure deals on the Spanish market.
