On April 14, 2021, Akiem Holding SAS (Akiem) announced the successful completion of its issue of €290m US Private Placement Notes with tenors of 15 and 20 years. This transaction will allow the group to reinforce its capacity to fund new and innovative rolling stock projects for the benefit of its customers across Europe, whilst reducing overall funding costs and extending the company’s maturities.
