
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised AdAstra CZ s.r.o., a portfolio company of Carlyle, on its acquisition of 100% of the shares in Infinite Services sp. z o.o., a Polish technology company, from its founders.
The transaction represents another strategic investment by AdAstra aimed at strengthening its position in the technology and digital services sector in Central and Eastern Europe.
The Clifford Chance team was led by Adam Szyndler (Associate, M&A) under the supervision of Krzysztof Hajdamowicz (Counsel, M&A).
