
Global law firm Clifford Chance is advising BT Group on its acquisition of TalkTalk Telecommunications Limited and PlatformX Communications Limited out of the administration of TalkTalk Group.
The team is led by Restructuring and Insolvency Partners Chris Norman and Iain White and M&A Partner Dominic Ross.
