International law firm Clifford Chance advised BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. (acting as Facility Agent, Security Agent, Account Bank, Issuing Bank, Mandated Lead Arranger, Original Lender and Hedge Counterparty) and Santander Bank Polska S.A. (acting as Mandated Lead Arranger, Original Lender and Hedge Counterparty) in connection with the financing of the development, construction and operation of the ca. 35 MW photovoltaic farm owned by the PAD RES group, located in the Genowefa precint.
