Clifford Chance advised mBank on credit facilities in the total amount of PLN 150 million granted for the financing of the costs of construction and VAT in connection with the Kostomłoty wind farm project with the planned capacity of 27 MW and the estimated annual production of approx. 82 GWh. This is one of the three onshore wind farm projects of Polenergia which won the auction for the sale of electricity from renewable sources (RES) last year.
The legal assistance on the transaction was coordinated by Michał Jadwisiak (Senior Associate), with partner supervision by Andrzej Stosio (Partner). The Clifford Chance team was also composed of: Paweł Puacz (Counsel), Piotr Węcławowicz (Associate) and Mateusz Ciechomski (Junior Associate).
