Clifford Chance advised mBank in connection with the issue of bonds by Dino Polska S.A. in the amount of PLN 250 million

Clifford Chance advised mBank as the arranger in connection with the issue of bonds by Dino Polska S.A. secured in the amount of PLN 250 million. The three-year collaterised securities were issued as part of a bond issue programme of up to PLN 500 million, on the establishment of which we also advised three years ago.
