International law firm Clifford Chance advised Hillwood Polska, a leading developer of production and warehouse space, in connection with the conclusion of a joint venture agreement with Develia S.A., a property development group with construction projects in the largest cities in Poland, for the development of a logistics centre with a minimum of 400,000 GLA in Malin, near Wroclaw. The estimated value of the entire project is expected to exceed PLN 1.5 billion.
