Clifford Chance advised Cersanit Group on up to PLN 1.5 billion financing

Clifford Chance advised the borrower on an up to PLN 1.5 billion syndicated financing for Polish, Russian, Romanian, Ukrainian and German companies from Cersanit Group, a European leader in production and distribution of goods used in finishing and fitting out bathrooms. The financing was provided by a syndicate of financial institutions consisting of: Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A., mBank S.A., ING Bank Śląski S.A., Santander Bank Polska S.A., BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. and Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A.

The Warsaw Clifford Chance team advising on the transaction included: Andrzej Stosio (Partner Co-heading the Warsaw Banking & Finance Department), Kacper Bardan (Senior Associate) and Artur Gładysz (Associate).
