Leading international law firm Clifford Chance announced today that it is expanding its Corporate practice with the addition of Dominic Ross as a partner in its Corporate Transactions & Advisory team in London. Dominic, who is joining mid-October, is an experienced partner with a track record of developing strong corporate relationships and advising on strategic M&A and corporate advisory matters.

Dominic advises clients on the full range of M&A transactions and corporate advisory matters and has developed expertise across a range of sectors, including healthcare, defence, and consumer and retail. Recent headline deals include representing FTSE100 digital security and privacy business Avast plc on its US$9.2 billion merger with NortonLifeLock Inc, Triton on its £1.3bn billion takeover of Clinigen Group plc, and Advanz Pharma on its $846 million takeover by Nordic Capital.
