The Journal of Commonwealth Law and Legal Education is the official journal of the Commonwealth Legal Education Association. It offers a platform for early career and established academics throughout the Commonwealth to publish their work and share scholarship, innovation and best practice on a wide variety of legal matters and themes. It also welcomes contributions from postgraduate students and others involved in Commonwealth law and legal education (such as practitioners).
The Journal is online, open access and peer reviewed. It is published in collaboration with The Open University School of Law, a world leader in supported open learning.
The Journal welcomes submissions of articles, case notes, comments on recent cases, legislation and proposed reforms, and book reviews. Applications to join the Journal’s panel of peer reviewers are also welcomed.
