Minesto AB (publ) has carried out a preferential rights issue of approximately SEK 120 million.
Minesto is a leading marine energy technology company with the mission to minimise the global carbon footprint of the energy industry by enabling commercial power production from the ocean. The company was founded in 2007 and has operations in Sweden, Wales, Northern Ireland and Taiwan.
Pareto Securities and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners. Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to the banks with a capital markets team consisting of Joakim Falkner and Johanna Flink.
