Baker McKenzie advised Gi Group Holding, a leading Italian multinational company in the employment services sector, in the acquisition of the European staffing business of Kelly Services Inc, a leading global specialty talent solutions provider, listed on the Nasdaq market of the New York Stock Exchange.
The transaction concerns the acquisition of Kelly’s staffing business in 14 European jurisdictions and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2024, subject to receipt of required regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
