Allen & Overy has advised Gecina in the negotiation, with a group from the CAC 40, of an off-plan lease for a 11-years firm period and covering 30,000 sq.m of office space in the “Mondo” building, a Prime building located in the heart of the Central Business District and currently being restructured.
