Attorney Yong-Moon Kim was appointed as Commissioner of the civil conciliation council at the Seoul Southern District Court for 2022.
Kim will play a role in helping the court resolve civil disputes as well as building trust between the court and citizens.
As a member of the conciliation council under the Judicial Conciliation of Civil Disputes Act, a commissioner handles civil dispute cases being referred by chief judges or conciliation judges or otherwise filed by the parties as a request for conciliation through conciliation process.
