A&O advises on sale of stake in The Saudi British Bank in rare accelerated bookbuild

A team of A&O lawyers based across London and Dubai have advised NatWest Markets plc and Banco Santander S.A. in connection with their USD200 million disposal of shares in Tadawul listed The Saudi British Bank by way of an accelerated bookbuild.
