Allen & Overy has advised Groupama Assurances Mutuelles on the tender offer of its EUR1.1 billion undated senior subordinated notes issued in 2014.
The tender offer began on October 3, 2022 and ended on October 7, 2022. The final amount of the purchase is EUR228.9 million. This transaction contributes to the proactive management of Groupama’s capital structure.
