Allen & Overy has advised Partners Group, a leading global private markets firm, acting on behalf of its clients, on its financing in respect of the acquisition of a controlling equity stake in Cloudflight, a leading digital transformation services provider in Europe.
Cloudflight has more than doubled revenues over the last three years and is set to see sustained strong growth momentum under Partners Group’s ownership.
The A&O team was led in London by leveraged finance partners Neil Sinha and Adam Zecharia and senior associate Nick Hallam, and in Frankfurt by finance partner Wolfgang Melzer.
