Allen & Overy advises Campari Group on a EUR300 million bond

Allen & Overy has advised Davide Campari-Milano N.V. on a EUR300 million bond with seven years’ maturity (18 May 2030), intended for institutional investors.

The bond has a fixed annual coupon equal to 4.71% and the notes were admitted to listing on the ExtraMOT professional segment, a multilateral trading facility organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A..

The A&O team was led by Italian International Capital Markets partners Craig Byrne and Cristiano Tommasi, supported by consultant Patrizia Pasqualini and associate Edoardo Brugnoli. Counsel Elia Ferdinando Clarizia advised on tax aspects.
