Weil advised the underwriters in connection with Parker-Hannifin Corporation’s €700 million 2.900% Senior Notes due 2030. The proceeds will be used to repay existing indebtedness. Parker-Hannifin Corporation is a manufacturer of motion and control technologies and systems.
