Weil Advises PSG on $800M Investment in LogicMonitor

Weil is advising PSG, alongside Golub Capital and others, in the group’s $800 million investment in SaaS-based hybrid observability platform LogicMonitor. The transaction values LogicMonitor at approximately $2.4 billion, including debt.

LogicMonitor offers hybrid observability powered by AI. The company’s SaaS-based platform, LM Envision, enables observability across on-prem and multi-cloud environments.

The Weil team was led by Private Equity partner Richard Frye and included associate Carson Parks and Tax partner Jonathan Macke.
