
Weil advised InfraRed Capital Partners (“InfraRed”), an international infrastructure asset manager, on the $1 billion fundraising of InfraRed Infrastructure Fund VI, with more than 90% of the commitments going to the primary fund and the rest into co-investment vehicles and separately managed accounts.
InfraRed Infrastructure Fund VI is InfraRed’s sixth value-add flagship fund with a European and North American investment focus.
