The Sidley team was led by Brent Steele, Alexis Cooper, and Emily Olivera (M&A and Private Equity), and included Brad McGee and Andrew Baptist (M&A and Private Equity); Lauren Gallagher and Liz Eastlund (Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation); Kyle Fiet and Dana Diaz (Global Arbitration, Trade and Advocacy); Suresh Advani and Jennifer Waclawik (Tax); Elizabeth McCloy and Brandon Bryer (Real Estate); Teresa Reuter (Employment); and Stephen McInerney (Privacy and Cybersecurity).
