Sidley represented SlateView Capital in connection with the acquisition of Parkview Estates by its joint venture with an institutional partner. Completed in 2021, Parkview Estates is a 151-unit assisted living and memory care community in Fountain Valley, California.
Parkview represents SlateView’s second acquisition and, together with Meadowbrook at Agoura Hills, expands SlateView’s Southern California portfolio to 307 assisted living and memory care units. The acquisition continues SlateView’s broader strategy to acquire high-quality senior housing communities in high-barrier-to-entry markets throughout the United States. SlateView is a privately held real estate investment firm founded by senior housing industry veterans Azhar Jameeli and Kendall Young.
The Sidley team was led by Keith Hayden Del Prete (Real Estate) and Jonathan Koh (Real Estate), with assistance from Vijay Sekhon (Private Equity), Jared Feldman (Real Estate), and Nick Lopez (Real Estate).
