
Sidley represented Pyxis Oncology, Inc. (Nasdaq: PYXS), a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing next-generation therapeutics for difficult-to-treat cancers, in its underwritten public offering of common stock, pre-funded warrants, and accompanying common warrants. The offering is expected to generate approximately US$110 million in gross proceeds, with the potential for up to approximately US$172.6 million in additional gross proceeds if the warrants are exercised in full.
