Sidley Represents Plant People in Its Investment From Manna Tree

Sidley represented Plant People, a functional wellness brand specializing in gummy supplements, in a strategic investment from private equity firm Manna Tree and follow-on investment from Unilever Ventures, an early investor in Plant People. The company has a robust omnichannel platform and can be found on Amazon and in popular retailers across the country, including Target, Whole Foods, Sprouts, and Erewhon. The investments will allow Plant People to accelerate growth, capitalizing on strong consumer demand and brand momentum.
