Sidley is representing Mubadala Capital as the lead investor in Aquarian Capital’s take-private of Brighthouse Financial, Inc. (Nasdaq: BHF). Aquarian Capital will acquire Brighthouse Financial for US$70 per share in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately US$4.1 billion.
The team was led by Perry Shwachman, Jonathan Blackburn, David Meehan, and Andrew Holland, and included Alexandra Rios, Joe Paral, Nathan Enfield, Banks Bruce, and John Cupit.
