Sidley represented Invitation Homes Operating Partnership LP, the operating partnership of Invitation Homes Inc. (NYSE: INVH), in connection with a public debt offering of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.950% Senior Notes due 2032. INVH is a real estate investment trust and a leading owner and operator of single-family homes for lease, with over 85,000 homes for lease.
