Sidley represented ETF Triple Oak Holdings LLC, a subsidiary of EnCap Investments L.P., in its sale of Triple Oak Power LLC (“Triple Oak”), a holding company that owns a platform of wind energy generation projects in the continental United States and Canada. Triple Oak was sold to a special purpose vehicle owned by Energy Capital Partners.
