Sidley represented Elio Inc., a startup developing artificial intelligence (AI)-native sensing technology, in its US$21 million Series A financing. The financing was co-led by Innovation Endeavors and Xora, with participation from Kevin Weil, Scribble VC, and existing investors UpWest and Resolute Ventures. The proceeds will support the commercialization of Elio’s next-generation sensing platform, which enables AI systems to determine in real time what information a sensor should capture, accelerating the development of AI-powered applications.
The Sidley team was led by Dr. Idan Netser and Graeme Waller, and included Laura DeMassa and Eric Zhao (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital).
