
Sidley is representing Corient, a leading multi-family office and non-bank wealth manager focused on serving ultra-high- and high-net-worth clients, as it expands its platform with the addition of Summit Trail Advisors, a registered investment advisor managing more than US$21 billion in assets for ultra-high-net-worth clients. The transaction deepens Corient’s position in the ultra-high-net-worth sector, while Summit Trail Advisors will benefit from Corient’s distinctive private partnership model.
