
Sidley represented CDW Corporation and its affiliates CDW LLC and CDW Finance Corporation in the issuance of US$1.5 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior notes. The offering consisted of US$600 million of 5.700% senior notes due 2029, US$500 million of 6.100% senior notes due 2032, and US$400 million of 6.350% senior notes due 2033. BofA Securities, JP Morgan, Mizuho and Wells Fargo acted as joint bookrunning managers on the offering.
