Sidley represented Apono, Inc., an AI-enabled cybersecurity and cloud computing company, in its acquisition by 1Password, a Canadian cybersecurity firm. The transaction enhances 1Password’s identity security platform by adding Apono’s cloud access governance capabilities and is 1Password’s first acquisition in Israel.
